Very friendly environment. I was made to feel comfortable like I was a long term patient. I had a list of questions prepared before my appointment but they presented me with information before I asked any questions. The location is very convenient and the office hours are very acceptable to navigate me. All in all, a very positive experience for a 1st time new patient.

I’ve had such a great experience with this dental office! The entire staff is absolutely amazing, everyone is friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in your care. They always take the time to answer any questions thoroughly and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. The office itself is clean, and in a great location which makes every visit feel stressfree. Scheduling appointments are super easy, and they’re incredibly flexible if something comes up and you need to adjust your schedule ahead of time. It’s clear they truly care about their patients, and that level of attention and customer service is hard to find. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

My family and I have been going to Forever Dental on Belmont for years now and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. Just before our longtime family dentist, Dr. Frayn (I believe that is the spelling) retired during the pandemic, he personally chose to finish his work here and trusted his patients to Forever Dental – and that trust was well placed. Dr. Upwards (one of the dentists I see from the Doctoral Team) is incredibly professional knowledgeable and genuinely personable. You can tell that he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Also, Karina and Yesenia at the front desk have always been outstanding every single visit. Forever Dental is very welcoming very organized and always helpful. The entire team is amazing honestly. All of the dental technicians like Hugo have consistently made us feel cared for and informed. They have my family’s best interests in mind and they are always honest and really flexible. I think that’s hard to find. We’re very grateful to have found a dental office that we can trust and that’s super close to home for us. I highly recommend Forever Dental to everyone looking for quality care from a great team.

I had such a great experience at this new dental office in my community! From the moment I walked in, Yesenia at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Hugo was amazing—very thorough, professional, and kind. He really took his time and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The doctor was just as impressive—professional, friendly, and very patient. He explained everything clearly, gave me different options, and shared his honest opinion, which I truly appreciated. Overall, such a positive experience. I will definitely be coming back and plan to recommend this office to my friends and family. Great job to the entire team!

I'm a newer patient at the Belmont location and imagine I'll be back for years to come. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Hugo gave me my first cleaning in awhile and was incredibly gentle and informative during. I've been flossing every night since. Hugo inspired me to! When I went back for fillings Mayra and Dr Dhake welcomed me warmly. They make a great team and remembered random things I shared about myself from the last visit, like movie watching. Such thoughtful people. Oh and the crew has been very accommodating about scheduling via text. And they have this really cool imaging software that shows you your teeth from every angle! 5 stars! Thanks Forever Dental!

I just had a new patient intake visit at Forever Dental Belmont. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and considerate. They were very timely and offered detailed answers to my questions, even going as far as to provide additional samples of flossing products. Like many of us, I do not particularly enjoy going to the dentist, but I am looking forward to returning!!

I have had so many terrible experiences with dentists. That said, after my appointment with Dr. Dhake and her team I had to write this review to share the absolutely wonderful experience of being a patient at this practice. It has been truly years since I have felt heard and seen as a whole person in a dental office. Every person I came into contact with at Forever Dental was kind and communicative. Dr. Reshma took the time to actively listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. When I shared that I have anxiety, she took proactive steps to communicate what I could expect and completely set me at ease. Couldn’t recommend this practice more. So grateful for their help.

After an extensive search for a dentist, I decided to make an appointment with Forever Dental, and I'm so glad I did. From the minute I walked into this clinic, it was positive vibes. Dr. Upwards and his staff were friendly and personable. They put me at ease and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Dr. Upwards genuinely cares for his patients and takes his time to explain proper oral hygiene routine. He was thorough yet gentle during my exam. If you suffer from dental anxiety, make an appointment with Dr. Upwards. He makes dental visits pleasant and easy. I walked into this clinic feeling anxious and afraid, but I left feeling confident and relieved.

I had my dental appointment yesterday and it was my first most extensive consultation of my teeth ever. Yes, it's uncomfortable meanwhile interesting to know the condition of my oral health. Dentist Reshma explained thoroughly how concerning the issue I have and the gravity of it. On the other hand, the staffs were doing great in welcoming and accommodating customers. Samantha and the other staff displays their job expertise very well. I highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Booked appointments for my kids here and had a great experience. The doctor herself came off a little rushed in my opinion, however, was still polite and professional. The rest of the staff was great! Samantha was very warm and did great with my littles. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Will definitely be making this our family dentistry.

I recently visited Forever Dental for my first appointment at the facility , and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the office staff, Yessenia and Karla were welcoming and professional, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Dhake and the hygienist, Karla, took the time to explain everything in detail, from the x rays, exam process to the treatment plan. They were gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I even was offered essential oils -lavender- to help calm my nerves, it helped to relax me and I will use it again next time I visit, I also appreciated how they answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. They were accommodating to my schedule and were able to fit in an X-rays, exam, cleaning and dental work-cavity treatments all in one visit. This team made the experience of going to the dentist a pleasant one and I feel confident that I’m in great hands here (which hasn’t always been the case at other dentist offices). Now it’s time to make an appointment for my husband, he is long overdue. If you’re looking for a skilled, caring, and professional dental team, I highly recommend Forever Dental!

After taking my grandsons to their dentist appointments at Forever Dental / Chicago with Dr Alexander Upwards and observing how good and painless the experience was for them I decided to book appointments for my wife and I. My wife and I agreed that we have never had a more thorough exam. I’m 65 years old and learned quite a bit about my teeth with this young man than from any of the dentist I’ve had over the years. His touch was painless. His assistants were just as informative and the desk personnel very pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommended.
