We are located at 3302 Grove Ave, situated conveniently in the heart of Berwyn’s residential and transit corridor.

• From the North: If you’re coming from Oak Park or Forest Park, head south on Oak Park Avenue, until you cross the train tracks in downtown Berwyn, then turn right. Turn left on the first street, Grove Avenue, and we are halfway down the block on the west side of the street.
• From the South: Driving in from Stickney, Lyons, Ogden Avenue, or I-55? Head north on Oak Park Avenue. Then turn left on 34th, and right on Grove Avenue. You’ll see us on the left, halfway up the block.
• From the West: If you are coming from Riverside, Hollywood, or La Grange Park, head east on 31st St., and turn right on Oak Park Avenue. Continue past the train tracks, then turn right. Turn left on the first street, Grove Avenue, and we are halfway down the block on the west side of the street.
• From the East: From east Berwyn or Cicero, head west on Ogden, and turn right on Oak Park Avenue. Then turn left on 34th, and right on Grove Avenue. You’ll see us on the left, halfway up the block.
• Public Transit: We are perfectly situated in downtown Berwyn, just one block from both the #311 Pace Bus as well as the Berwyn Metra Station.

Parking: There is plenty of street parking on Grove Avenue right outside our door. We are also two doors north of a large City of Berwyn parking garage. Parking for our patients is easy, making your visit stress-free.
